Savannah serves as Artistic Director of Emerson College’s Theatre for Intergenerational Audience’s Organization, Kidding Around. Kidding Around, also known as KA, is committed to providing the Boston community and surrounding areas with theatre for all through the power of educational tools, social/emotional learning, and accessible performance. Formerly known as Emerson’s Theatre for Young Audiences Organization, Savannah was instrumental in the organization’s rebrand, as an effort to be more inclusive of adolescent, young adult, and teen driven stories as well as elementary age. The organization tours a production to schools and local community centers at least once per academic year, with the intent to serve its mission. In acknowledgement of KA’s achievement in innovation for the 2024-2025 school year, Savannah and her fellow executive board members received the Innovation Programming Spotlight at the Emerson Recognition & Achievement (ERA) Awards.
